Wellfest is a new Irish festival, seeking to bring people together to participate in a range of group fitness activities and to learn new ideas and tips from the best of the best when it comes to all things health, fitness and nutrition.
This Saturday, Herbert Park will be divided into a number of WellZones, each focusing on a different aspect of wellness. Throughout the day, WellFesters can also attend classes on a wide range of activities by experts in their field including Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Les Mills and many more. There will also be an educational aspect to WellFest, with a range of seminars on meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, weight training and flexibility.
