Michaella's story

My ex was around and wanted us to meet up for a catch up.

We hadn't met since our break up.

She was picking me up after work.

Leaving the office I saw her across the road.

I gave her an awkward wave and while crossing the road I got hit by a cyclist who landed on top of me.

I then got up, acted like I was ok and proceeded to get into the car where my ex informed me that she'd seen everything that had just occurred.

Mortified.
