There's a lot of choice when it comes to brunch in Dublin, and all those options can be overwhelming.
So I've decided to make it a little easier for you by making an executive decision: you're going to Brother Hubbard or Sister Sadie today, depending on what side of the Liffey you're on.
Now let me tell you why...
Their brunch menu includes Turkish Eggs Mememen, gorgeous semolina pancakes, a Middle-Eastern platter and a whole lot more.
However, my favourite thing on the menu has to be their homemade beans and pulled pork special which consists of cannellini beans in a spiced tomato sauce, topped with roasted pulled pork and a soft fried egg (which you can ask to be poached), with toast on the side. It's genuinely the brunch dish that hungover dreams are made of.
They also have a great range of sambos, cakes and pastries, with plenty of gluten-free options. Plus you can add a side of chorizo, smoked salmon or their unbelievable pulled pork to just about every dish on the menu. How can you argue with that?!

Then, Sister Sadie, their southside sibling is located at 46 Harrington St, Dublin 8.

As an added bonus on top of all the yumminess, the staff at both cafés are incredibly sound. So not only will you want to give a generous tip, but you'll also get a good giggle out of their tip jars...
