Brown Thomas has this month unveiled their latest venture in their Grafton Street store.

If you're into artisan coffee, fresh cold-pressed juices, healthy shakes and power salads then you'll love this new addition to BT.

The crew behind the brand new eatery are passionate about creating dishes that make people feel their very best.

With a focus on fresh, natural, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, the chefs, led by Johnnie Cooke, create nourishing and creative menus and make delicious dishes that are packed with flavour and goodness.

Green & Bean serve brekkie 'til 11.45am and then have a varied menu throughout the rest of the day.

The menu and selection on offer will change with the seasons, making use of the best ingredients that nature can offer using organic where possible and traditionally farmed produce – grown and reared just as nature intended.

Their motto is ‘good food, good spirit, and good healthy living’.
