A New Study Has Found That It Is Possible To Get Rid Of Your Sweet Tooth

You know the vibe - you've been eating super healthily, then along comes the afternoon slump and with it an unquenchable thirst for everything sweet, and generally the sugar cravings win.

However, a new study has discovered that there may be a way to get rid of a sweet tooth once and for all. In a small study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, researchers found that you can train tastebuds to reduce people’s taste for sugar.

By asking people to reduce their sugar intake by 40% for three month, they found that when people resumed their normal eating habits that they found sugary products much sweeter, and thus ate far less of them.
