The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) states as of November 1st that seven Irish businesses were served with closure orders for breaches of food safety legislation for the month of September.
The businesses were located in Dublin (3), Kerry, Cork, Limerick and Louth and they are:

They included one Dublin Restaurant which was forced to close as "live and dead Insects were found throughout the premises".
