These Infographics Show Staggering Rental Prices Along Existing And Future Luas And Dart Lines

Daft.ie last month released these infographic maps outlining average rental prices along both Luas and DART lines, and even shows prices along the future Luas lines once the Cross City is complete.

The map highlights both the most and least expensive rental areas along Dublin's rail lines.

The highest average rental price on the map is at the Spencer Dock stop on the Luas red line where renters pay a staggering average of €1,920 per month while people living along the Luas green line pay an average €1,553 per month.

It would wanna be a nice gaff if it's in the four figures.

And for DART users living along the coast it's much more of the same, in dollah bill terms, with Sandymount rental prices averaging €1,908 and Dalkey costing a tear-jerking €1,856.

The figures shown are average rents for 2 bed apartment controlling for time, size and type for each of the stations on the DART & Luas lines.

The sample of over 16,000 properties for rent comes from the period between January and November 2016.
